HELLO CHEFF WILLIAMS!!! Me and my husband were guest at the Mathews event and your company catered it. 3 words. Oh-my-God!! I have never had a veggie burger that was so delicious!! The flavor was amazing even reminded me of an actual burger. I have found a new place to get my veggie burger! My husband and I will be watching and waiting for the new truck to spring into action..And also my husband enjoyed those house rubbed wings he said that your rub and smoke combination is a winner and he as well will be ready for the truck to roll out.Thanks for providing us with tasty and quality food .Good luck with the business I’m sure you will do great things Connie/Aron

The food he cooks, along with the range of healthy options and tastes, are unbelievable... for real! J, has been flexible with taking orders beyond last minute and coming through in the end! The quality service, along with his amazing food, it’s a wonder he doesn’t have a popular restaurant with a wait line out the door!! Thanks again, J, for coming through for us!!
